    Market: Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, Maryland

    Timing: 2 Consecutive Days

    Objectives: Directed traffic to Industrial Info Resources Booth #1614, and informed attendees and exhibitors about numerous Conference Sessions and information on their Buyer’s Guide. Incentives included a chance to win FREE giveaways including an iPad, iPod, Netbook, and American Express Gift Cards.

    Elements: 4 Segway Riders and 5 ICE Paks engaged all attendees throughout the 2 day conference. Segway riders were positioned near the Registration area, conference areas, and the show floor to drive booth traffic and inform attendees about Industrial Info’s newest sales and marketing resources. ICE Pak Ambassadors displayed a video slideshow, broadcasted Bluetooth Marketing messages, and emitted a fresh coffee scent in order to amplify the memorable experience for attendees.

    Market: Downtown Chicago, Chicago Illinois

    Timing: Several days over a 2 month period

    Objectives: Educate consumers of the Kenmore Live Studio in downtown Chicago. The teams focus was to promote the studio and to offer consumers something new, different, and interactive. The team was also responsible for informing consumers of "meet and greets" with celebrity and local chefs, speaking with organizational experts, cooking secrets, food tasting's, and mastering recipes. Consumers were directed to the studio and to the Facebook page for additional information on the 10 week pop-up store location.

    Elements: 4 Branded Segways and a team of Scooter Squads engaged all consumers during each daily activation. Segway riders were positioned near high-traffic consumer areas, such as: tourist locations, shopping stores, restaurants, gyms, and area hotels. The Scooter Squad offered a large proximity branding and promoting experience by encasing the downtown area each day.

    Market: McCormick Place Convention Center and Downtown Chicago, Illinois

    Timing: 2 Consecutive Days

    Objectives: Direct traffic to Gleevec/Novartis Pharmaceutical booth at the American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Convention. The Segway Team and Scooter Squad Team answered Gleevec booth related questions, and provided a fun and interactive experience for convention attendees.

    Elements: 1 Segway Team and 1 Scooter Squad Team covered the front entrance of the Hyatt McCormick Place hotel, McCormick Place Convention Center, the transition between the West and East Building entrances, Michigan Avenue, Rush Street, various hotels and restaurants for 10 hours daily. The Segway and Scooter Teams were accompanied with Taxi Cab and Airport advertising.

    Objectives: Inform Consumers of T-Mobile's FlexPay service by approaching consumers, interacting and handling consumers' phone.

    Elements: 3 Segways, 11 Street Team members, and 1 T-Mobile Truck offered exposure in each of the target markets on 2 weekends surrounding various events, concerts, malls, and store locations for 6 hours daily.

    Market: Downtown Chicago, Illinois

    Timing: 1 Day

    Objectives: Raise awareness for SoBe Life Water's National Sampling Day in Chicago, Illinois. Street Team members and locations offered SoBe Life Water samples at several locations throughout downtown. The Street Team answered all SoBe Life Water related questions, and passed out manufacturer coupons to consumers.

    Elements: 50 Street Team members covered a 1 mile radius informing consumers of SoBe Life Water at 5 locations in the heart of downtown Chicago for a 5 hour period. 10 Street Team members also provided an impact toward students when sampling at 2 college locations; University of Illinois Chicago and Northwestern University for a 5 hour period.

    Objectives: Raise awareness for RCN's Phone and Internet Specials for on/off-campus students throughout DePaul University. Distribute promotional items such as: Pamphlets, Koozies, Stress Balls, Frisbees, Water Bottles, Lip Balm, Compact Mirrors, and Cell Phone Boost Chargers.

    Elements: 1 Scooter Squad Team (3), 10 Street Team personnel and 3 Ice Cream Karts offered exposure for the target markets on 6 consecutive days surrounding various events, malls, and store locations for 6 hours daily.
