PROJECT DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING CASE STUDY | GUERRILLA MARKETING

Objectives:

Inform consumers about Community Tax and the services they provide. Draw traffic to the Community Tax location on State Street in Chicago. Generate quality leads via iPads that will result in increased clientele for Community Tax. Distribute promotional flyers to interested consumers.


Elements:

Teams of 2-3 Brand Ambassadors activated in high traffic areas in several neighborhoods of Downtown Chicago including: South Loop, River North, Mag Mile and The Loop. Additional branding was provided though the use of customized Community Tax backpacks and branded lip balms. The teams collected leads from the public via iPads, with the incentive of being entered in a weekly drawing of a Visa Gift Card.


Results:

Distributed 10,000 flyers and 2,000 branded lip balms over the course of 12 total event days. Created over 60,000 lasting impressions for Community Tax’s brand. Generated 522 quality leads from consumers who expressed genuine interest in utilizing Community Tax’s services for the 2017 tax season.
