Objectives:
Strategized, and executed a 11 week event management program to brand, promote, and drive sales for the launch of Verizon’s 5G Network in 4 markets: Sacramento, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Houston, TX and Indianapolis, IN.
Elements:
A dedicated internal team for 11 weeks in each market that researched, planned, and executed the entire Verizon 5G program launch. Internal team handled all logistics, inventory control, promotional distribution, branded vehicles, neighborhood routing, dispositioning and data collection. The team consisted of Market Managers, Team Leaders, Drivers, and Brand Ambassadors with a total of 94 ambassadors daily. This multi-market program was a total of 430 activation hours over the course of 58 days, with a grand total of 21,920 man hours in the field.
Results:
Over 4 markets (Sacramento, Los Angeles, Houston, and Indianapolis), the team generated millions of impressions while utilizing branded sprinter vans for each daily activation (a total of 22 Branded Sprinter Vans). The teams concentrated on 447 neighborhood routes that consisted over 71,242 homes. The teams generated 1,817 hot leads onsite over the course of the program, providing a 4.89% return on homes visited (as of December 2018). Over the course of the campaign, ICE Factor team members directly engaged and interacted with 40,971 consumers.
