Objectives:
Strategized, and executed a 6-week event management program to brand, promote, and drive awareness to educate consumers on better recycling habits in 4 markets simultaneously: Phoenix, AZ, Cleveland, OH, Las Vegas, NV, and Dallas, TX.
Elements:
A dedicated internal team for 6 weeks in each market that researched, planned, and executed the entire Tag, Peek and Check program. Internal team handled all logistics, mapping, inventory control, installation, promotional tagging, neighborhood routing, dispositioning and data collection. The team consisted of Market Managers, Team Leaders, Drivers, and Brand Ambassadors. This simultaneous multi-market program was implemented toward 80,000 total homes. All team members utilized GPS devices to track installs, performance, and for auditing purposes.
Results:
Over 4 markets (Arizona, Ohio, Nevada, and Texas), the team generated over 200,000 impressions while activating the program to install multiple promotional tags, engaging consumers, and installing awareness stickers on recycling bins. The teams concentrated on 42 separate neighborhood routes that consisted over 70,088 homes. The teams installed 5 different promotional tags based on the demographics of each market over the course of the program.
